Thirty days, no drama

If an object hasn't earned its place within 30 days of delivery, send it back for a full refund or an exchange. We'd rather you were sure.

Condition

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for any reason. If your animal has used it and it simply didn't work for them, get in touch — we handle those case by case and we're reasonable about it. For hygiene, used bowls, feeders and fountains can't be resold, so we may ask for a photo rather than the item itself.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid label for US returns.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving with us. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Tell us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it straight away — no need to send it back first.
