Everywhere in the United States. International shipping is coming; join the list in the footer to hear when it opens.

Cost

Free on orders over $60. Under that, a flat $6.95.

Timing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Larger items

Scratcher lounges and carriers ship in their own box and may arrive separately from smaller items in the same order. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.

Something wrong with delivery?

If a parcel is late, damaged or missing, write to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it — replacement or refund, your choice.
