TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order on skintifik.shop (Skintifik, we, us) you agree to these terms.

Orders: all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel any order, including for pricing or stock errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time of checkout applies.

Products: our costumes are novelty apparel for dogs. Always supervise your pet while it is wearing a costume, check the fit before each use, and remove the costume if your dog shows discomfort. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour and finish may occur.

Shipping and returns: shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

Promotions: automatic discounts (such as multi-item bundle pricing) are applied at checkout to eligible items and cannot be combined with other product discounts unless stated. Compare-at prices reflect our regular list price.

Intellectual property: all content on this site, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to Skintifik and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
